Making Process:
It makes both double and single PE film coated paper cups after running a whole procedure of automatic paper cup fan feeding (Use two times paper fan feeding to keep the accurate position), Cup-wall-side Sealing by ultrasonic wave, robot hand for transfering cup body, silicone-oil lubricating (for top curling, Dimethyl silicone oil 201,Food Grade), bottom punching, bottom pre-heating and pre-folding, main heating, bottom knurling(cool device for 2PE), top curling, cup discharging, collecting.
Specifictions:
(1) Cups of different sizes are easy to produce by changing moulds.
(2). Every cam is hardened to ensure safe and stable operation.
(3)Oil self lubrication system which makes sure machine running high speed and keep long span life
(4) hot air system which made in Switzerland:Cup bottom heating by hot air .
(5).Bottom paper direct feeding design that increases the speed of the machine.
(6) We use open cam instead of gear box .
(7) Counting and collection system which can save more labors.
