1, what type of material is used to make paper straw?
white kraft paper with Food grade: 120 GSM and 68 GSM ( pls buy it as 2:1 which means if buy 2 rolls 120GSM then 68 GSM buy 1 roll)
Paper Roll Bracket :The paper rolls can be easily installed in it and rotate flexibly.
2, What type of glue is used to make the paper straw? It need to be FDA approved? We want to know technical spec of the glue we need and some quantity to produce here in my factory.

1. Stainless Steel Glue Unit
Choose gluing single side or double sides. The drinking straws are glued evenly and stuck firmly. ( Glue by WATER BASED ADHESIVE which FDA approved Food Grade)
2. Spiral winding unit , specialized operation system, Belt tension device (hand-wheel drive).
a. Send the paper to the winding unit .
b.Wind the paper shape to straw by winding system
3. Silicone oil lubrication system
Add silicone oil on the paper which for paper running smooth
4. Multi-blades cutting system and spiral rolling mechanism
multi-blades cutting system is controlled by encoder. Servo synchronous tracking cutting system makes it higher precision and multi-blades cutting makes it higher efficiency.
5.Using servo motor control system which can track the cutting length with high precision and high efficiency.
6. Paper straw collecting system : collect the straws automatically and row them tidily in the container (By Client choose).
