JBZ-OC100 High speed ultrasonic heater paper cup Making machine is with 10 PCS mould design and speed is 100-105 pcs/min . Cup size range is from 2-12 OZ . It adopts the open cam system, gear transmission, and longitudinal axis structure .The automatic oil lubrication system guarantees all mechanical parts to work more smoothly . Sensor failure detecting which can greatly improve operation safety can stop working automatically if the machine has any problem. It can finish the whole process including paper feeding, side sealing , cup bottom punching & feeding, heating , knurling, cup-top curling ,cup storage. It is the best choice for making paper cups .

1. Paper cup making machine is adopted with Delta brand PLC controls system and touch screen ,all the parameter can be set and adjusted easily in it, easier to operate the machine.
2. Two cooling fans can make the paper tube cool faster after cup fan sealing.
3. Servo motor controls the bottom paper feeding , with high precision and high efficiency.
4. Waster paper collecting system which is for transferring the waste paper.
5. Three cams design are used to separately control the operation of the four spare parts which makes paper fan sealing more stable at high speed without troubles.

Details of the paper cup making machine
1.Main Turnplate :The main turnplate design is installed with ten moulds which can makes speed faster.
2.Integrated Knurling & Curling Motor :The integration of the motor which is connected with the shaft(without belt) directly is not easily broken ,stronger than belt connection
3.Central Shaft :Large and thick central shaft makes machine run stably at high speed without shaking
4.Bottom Heater System :The new design is added one more bottom heater unit(total is 5) than the old design which make the bottom sealing with better effect.
Oil lubrication system :The whole machine adopts automatic oil lubrication system (oil circulation system is including oil motor,filter,copper pipe) which makes all gear moving parts working at high speed much more smoothly and greatly improve the service life of spare parts.
